House rules

Below are the essential house rules that govern our organization. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for the safety of everyone involved.


General Rules:

- In the event of a fire, please remain calm. Report the fire immediately to reception and/or activate the nearest manual fire alarm.

- Leave the building without delay if the general fire alarm sounds. Under no circumstances should you use the elevators during a fire.

- Valid identification must be provided upon check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

- CCTV cameras are installed in various areas of the hotel. By being here, guests consent to the recordings from these cameras. In case of emergencies or incidents, these recordings may be shared with third parties as supporting evidence.

- The hotel is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

- Management, the property owner, and/or hotel staff cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damages, whether material or immaterial, suffered by visitors.

- All directives from hotel staff regarding house rules must be followed. Any feedback should be directed to management.

- In emergencies, please adhere to the instructions provided by hotel staff.


Prohibited Actions:

- Using emergency exits when there is no fire.

- Removing hotel property from the premises. Intentional damage to hotel property may result in charges for repair and/or replacement.

- Consuming, using, trading, or possessing narcotics (including whipped cream cartridges and laughing gas).

- Causing disturbances to others in or around the hotel, whether through loud music, inappropriate behavior, or any form of noise.

- Occupying a room with more guests than the reservation allows.

- Smoking in the room. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged. Should the fire alarm be triggered due to smoking, a €300.00 fee for the fire department call-out will apply.

- Using certain decorations, such as confetti, in the room. Please check with reception regarding allowed decorations.

- Lighting candles or incense in the rooms due to fire alarm and safety concerns. (The security system will activate immediately.)

- Renting a room in your name without occupying it yourself.
